These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the mobile application "Praisedone" (the "App") provided by HAKKAGON (the "Developer").
1. Agreement
By installing or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. Prohibited Actions
When using the App, users must not engage in the following actions:
Intentionally exploiting bugs in the App
Reverse engineering, including decompiling or disassembling
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Developer or third parties
Any other actions the Developer deems inappropriate
3. Subscriptions
The Pro Edition of the App is provided as an auto-renewing subscription.
The monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial for first-time purchasers.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, the subscription will automatically renew at the same price.
Subscriptions can be canceled and managed through the iOS Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. The Developer is not in a position to determine refund eligibility.
4. Disclaimer
The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the features or information provided by the App.
The Developer assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages (data loss, device malfunction, etc.) arising from the use of the App.
The App's service may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
5. Ownership of Rights
All rights related to the App (including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) belong to the Developer or the third parties who legitimately hold such rights.
6. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying users when deemed necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted within the App or on the official website.
